      <desc>Several tractors can be seen along Cromer's sea front.
      They're used by boat-owners to haul their boats up the beach,
      and are mostly in poor states of repair; tractors are built for
      use on farms, not in sea air!  This one is rather unusual, on
      account of the mannequin leg jammed over the exhaust.</desc>
